If we had better warnings and artwork regarding where stuff will happen, this would go a very long way in getting individuals OSRS gold into PvM, like for instance, if we take Araxxor’s cleave capacity, if 2-3 seconds before he is planning to do it, then a warning line appears on the floor where it’ll hit, permitting you to know you don’t wish to be on some of these tiles. At this time you just have to know where the zone is and this attack’s timing based on trial & error looking up the wiki, which would be fine if efforts did not cost as much as they perform. Sure, there’s practice mode, but everything that you utilize comes out of pocket.
Are you guys prepared to re-learn RuneScape combat? It’s no surprise people hate change, but just imagine what the response of the majority would be when they announce RuneScape battle is Changing again. RuneScape would really benefit from a simplified battle system I agree 100%, because frankly, redoing the entire tick system won’t happen at all, since runescape game is no longer RuneScape, and at this stage they’re better off making a completely new game than redoing everything and trying to fix something as old as the internet.
Consequently, if you discount the votes, and if you don’t mind reading through each of my rambling beneath my view may gather. A simplified EOC System, complicated enough to keep the already competitive runescape players satisfied and enticing yet easy for returning/new runescape players must work like this: Make all abilities available in the start of the runescape game (using their exceptions and unlockables complete like: devotion, tuska’s wrath, corruption shooter, etc.) There is no point in levelling up so as to unlock all abilities. Make all of them available from the beginning so fresh runescape players can build their own skill bars, and give them a goal to chase (unlock the remaining skills ).
Weapon diversity beta has the capacity to breathe fresh life to the runescape game, if performed correctly and if they include Weaknesses and resistances to each of bosses (this could be highly controversial though, and I can already hear the grit of this teeths), but rather having 10+ switches you would just require the BIS weapon along your shields and supplies. That’s the reason why you bring switches in first location to a boss such as Telos, but if you just the boss fight enough to have the ability to kill him without needing 8switches and only your defenses and defensive abilities, the boss not only becomes much less sweaty at higher enrages, but also more accessible to the public (however a few elitists might not like this, since a few of them are selfish and do not want the remainder of the runescape playerbase to succeed more gold on rsgoldfast, when we do not have a ladder or even a elo system to start with).
